Success is the attainment of something desired or intended. Success becomes an indicator of people’s works. If people get success, it means that he is doing well. If people always get success their lives will become very good. People will be rich so that people will not lack of anything they want. Their lives will be very good. Since success makes people’s life good, it determines people’s status in the society. Rich people will get high status in the society. Success has become a must and dream for everyone. Because of that, people try hard to be successful every time they do their business. It is a goal for everyone. However, many people say that to get success is not a simple job. In fact, many people fail to get success in doing their business. Actually, there are some key factors that have to be really considered for everyone. These factors will lead everyone to the way of success. Those key factors are dream, action, and enthusiasm.

The first key factor is dream. Dream is a strongly help purpose or goal. It is very important for everyone to have a dream. It is about what we want to be in next 5 years, 10 years, or 20 years from now. Draw our dream clearly. Dream can be a criterion for someone in doing his or her next steps. It is just like a sprinter who has to see clearly the finish line. It can be imagined if the sprinter does not know where the finish line is. He may be able to run fast by all his energy. He works day and night sharing his thoughts and energy but it will be useless. It is because he does not know where the finish line is and when to achieve it. If we have a dream already, then we must try to stay focus on our dream. Dream can be the germ of our success. We must always believe that we can make the dream come true. Thus, dream is a must for everyone.

The second key factor is action. Having a dream only will be useless without taking it into action. We have to take action to make our dream comes true. We should not suspend it. We can take action now as the old saying say “If we wait too long, you miss the boat.” This concept has been proven by many successful people. We should not always wait for having a big financial capital, having enough experiences, and any others. We should act because action is just like a bridge to our dream. Action always beats inaction. People say that it is better to try, make a mistake, refine and re-implement than to do nothing at all. Inaction is just like a slow death. Thus, we should try to make an action and try not to make the same mistake because it is the cause of failure.

The last key factor is enthusiasm. We must be enthusiast. We fire our spirit to make our dream comes true by doing some actions. By enthusiasm, every problem we face will be felt easier and not become a burden. It is because enthusiasm encourages us to do actions more without feeling exhausted and loaded. Enthusiasm will make us have desire to do much try. It means that if we fail to do something, enthusiasm will raise our spirit again to try it once more. We should believe that we are able to solve the problems. Enthusiasm will give positive energy and happiness so that life is felt more alive. This enthusiasm will encourage other positive energy to come up and make a synergy. It will also make us always happy for what we have achieved. Therefore, it is very important for a person to have an enthusiasm.

In short, key factors of being success in all of our business are dream, action, and enthusiasm. Dream is the germ of success and action is the bridge to achieve it. Meanwhile, enthusiasm is something that gives energy to a person in their struggle in achieving their success. Nevertheless, these three key factors must be considered by everyone. They should be applied in real life in order to get success and better life.
